Located on the DOMINICAN REPUBLICS NORTH COAST,

all properties are located within a short distance to the beaches, restaurants and shopping as well as the Puerto Plata airport.

Some are walking distance & others a short drive to amenities.

LONG & SHORT TERM RENTALS available. If we do not have it we refer you to someone who does. (north coast only)

Most CONDO/APTS do not have maid service or similar services and it is just like being at home. Usually however they do have laundry facilities and sometimes optional maid service.

Any units that have services included or available will mention so in the description.

Some VILLAS come with services and some without. Read the description.

Most LUXURY VILLAS come with many services and sometimes optional extras are also available.

*The Rental properties on these pages ARE THE ONLY RENTAL PROPERTIES WE HANDLE, so do not inquire about other properties on any other part of the island...we do not have any contacts for them.

Note regarding deposits: Deposits are not refundable on cancellation of reservations unless minimum 3 months prior. During the Christmas-New Year time (Dec. 15 to Jan 15) no deposits are refundable.

The exception would be if there is another renter immediately available to take that same time period then the deposit may be refunded minus a small handling fee.
